The team is amazing very professional and thorough. I love Sunburst. I definitely will use them again next summer. We had a reservation for a home in Lake Junaluska for 12 people in July. We found out about two weeks prior to our trip that the rental house wasnt available because the owners were sick. I was out of the country at the time and panicked. No need to panic they found us a place in a few hours. I was amazed that they found a place that quick in the same area for 12 people. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. They were very thorough, sending updated contracts and texted us to make sure everything was OK when we arrived. I dealt with Paula, Tina and Rick. They were very professional and responded quickly.

The location was perfect, right on the lake for our family reunion. We enjoyed tubing, hiking, and walking around the lake.

Beautiful home! It was very spacious for our group of 5 adults. The views are lovely and the communication with Sunburst was excellent.

Truly one of the dreamiest cabins weve stayed in. The drive up the mountain was beautiful and we did just fine in my Fwd SUV. We spent a lot of time on the back deck listening to the creek flow, watching afternoon rainstorms, hummingbirds and fireflies. The inside of the cabin was picturesque, clean, fully stocked and cozy. The coffee bar was a nice touch and we got a lot of use out of it. We had a group of 3 couples and had plenty of room. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs, 2 bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, dining area and then downstairs another living room, bathroom and 2 bedrooms, as well as a loft with 3 twin beds and a window that lets you look at the mountains over the treetops. This would be an awesome cabin for a family with kiddos as well. It was only 25-30 min from downtown, grocery stores, the blue ridge parkway, restaurants, breweries, hiking trails and waterfalls.

This house has what I would call a million dollar view of the valley. It is convenient to the local Waynesville town, easy to navigate to, and 30 minutes from Asheville. Very spacious and clean. Loved the long hot water availability.

This was a nice, spacious townhome/condo with a beautiful view. The sunsets were particularly stunning. This unit was clean and well-kept, and there were plenty of towels. I liked that the locking system was a keypad so we didn't have to worry about carrying around a key. We appreciated it being pet-friendly, and our pups enjoyed hanging out on the balcony. My husband and I were working remotely from here for a week, and the internet speed was great. The TV in the living room works with a lot of different streaming platforms, but you will need to use your personal log-ins to use some of them. Sunburst did provide a tote bag with a roll of paper towel, two rolls of toilet paper, a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, two washing machine pods, and two dryer sheets. They also provided a small gift bag with chocolate, which was a nice touch. However, hand soap was not provided in every bathroom so you might need to bring your own (in addition to your toiletries). The communication from Sunburst was excellent. They were very responsive via text message, even when we were checking in around 10:00 PM on a Friday night. The community was fairly small, maybe about 16 units total, so it was nice and quiet. I could imagine parking being a bit of a challenge if all units were filled to capacity, but that probably isn't super likely and we didn't have any problems during our stay. We met a few of the permanent residents and they were all very nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying here.

We got very good service in being told that our first rental would not work out but you had already found us a replacement. The replacement was better than the original. We were contacted when we arrived to make sure we had all that we needed. The questions we had were answered immediately. We normally use VRBO but will contact you directly next time.

We had a wonderful stay. We were able to cook there without a problem and spread out inside. We came for the outdoor activities and the weather was perfect for those. The master bath could have been in better shape and I discovered that the cover on the dishwasher detergent dispenser was blocking the detergent from being dispensed as it did not open when it was supposed to and that could have led to soiled dishes if I had not caught it day one. Also I think the advertisement should indicate that the pool and carpet golf have extra fees like the boats do. We have been in places there before where the fees were covered in the rent.

Management was super responsive with instructions beforehand and even during my stay when I had questions. Overall, a really nice experience.

The property was as pictured - the rooms were comfortable, clean and the condo well maintained. Man, the sunsets though, no words to describe that beauty. We sat on the deck, with the fire going, watching the sun sink behind the mountains and create the most amazing painted sky. It was worth the drive up just for that experience.

Loved it! Great location, beautiful property, and an outstanding view. Close to great hiking along the Appalachian Trail and Blue Ridge Parkway and a short distance to Asheville and the Biltmore. Looking forward to a return visit. Property is beautiful with a view that cant be beat. Actually exceeded expectations. Appreciated the attention to details to provide everything needed plus more like labeling switches, laundry baskets, games, tourist brochures, restaurant recommendations, even cookbooks. Furnishings and setup was very comfortable and I can see it as a perfect location for a family reunion as it has two bedrooms, sofa sleeper, and a great kids sleeping area with bunks or a hiking getaway with friends. Management is also very responsive and amenities provided (shampoo, hair dryers, kitchen supplies, paper towels and paper, laundry and dishwasher detergent, etc.) helped make it a comfortable hassle free stay. Located close enough to amenities such as grocery and restaurants in Mars Hill. The view was amazing. Too warm for us to use the fire pit but it was great sitting out on the deck each evening. Its furnished beautifully and comfortably. Fortunately we had great weather, but with a ping pong table, darts, cable TV, internet, and board games, theres enough entertainment in the event of a rainout.

Your team was over the top! Tina knows we have some serious health issues in our family, and she is working with us. So kind.. She really gets the importance of family in these reservations. Sunburst was there for us all the time. I was very impressed. And the home we rented was like heaven. We've booked it for next year. Lake Junaluska is a very special place for my family. Their service was exceptional.

No other word than FABULOUS!! Allgood home was the best home we've ever rented in Lake Junaluska. It was so relaxing to sit inside or outside and look at the lake and just let yourself truly relax.. Their home was nice and spacious.. great bedrooms and space for family. I can't say enough good things about All Good. Just don't lease when we have it!! My parents are 88, and they have been coming to LJ since they were in their teens. It's very special to them and as a result has become very special to our whole family. I even purchased a memory bench for them beside the chapel NOW for them to enjoy. My Dad is a past preacher and counselor, and his words of wisdom are on this plaque on the bench. He encourages people just by his smile... This was my gift to them.

Beautiful views!

Remote & Peaceful, Its perfect for those who really want to get away from everything. Located nearly at the top of the mountain, Neighboring homes are not that close, so it is private. Home is nicely decorated, and the Wi-Fi works extremely well. It made for a great relaxing week exclamation po!

Our stay was very enjoyable! The cabin was spacious with a fully stocked kitchen and lovely landscaping. Favorite feature was the deck with a great view of the mountains, a porch swing and grill was perfect. We were attending a wedding in Asheville and wanted hike in the Smokies!

The property is in a great location and is kept well. My only desire is that the queen beds would be upgraded to king.

It's the cutest little mountain cabin you'll ever see with such an idyllic view of grazing cattle and Cold Mountain! The cabin was clean and fully stocked with any essentials we might have forgotten. The owners came over to introduce themselves upon arrival and were super friendly. Our stay was peaceful and quiet. We'd definitely return!

Your team was the best! Rick Border worked with me when my original rental was no longer available and then the rental property team was very responsive to my questions before we arrived.

The Hickory Hill House is a lovely home - beautifully decorated and well appointed. There are plenty of sitting areas and every room is open and spacious. There is plenty of space for parking as well. The large sunroom on the back of the home was our favorite place to gather after a long day of meetings. We could relax and enjoy conversation together.

This place is great! The view was wonderful. The host responded quickly when I had questions. We hope to stay there again soon.

Team members are amazing, friendly, and very helpful. As stated above, we had a few problems and their response was quick and they took care of everything, and followed up to make sure everything was okay.

This is our second stay at Harmony Hilll and we are so glad we came. We did a weekend in October and a full week in June, and enjoyed both stays. Lots to do in the area and the home had plenty of space for our family to visit and hang out.
