Rainbow Mountain Retreat - Maggie Valley, 5 miles to Cataloochee Ski Resort, across the creek from Bearwaters Brewery Creekside

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! Very nice home located within walking distance to downtown Maggie Valley.  Super comfortable and will sleep 9 people. There is a living room with fireplace, plus a den. 2 Master Suites with King size beds. Den has a triple twin bunk bed and queen size sofa sleeper. Stocked Kitchen with a Keurig, regular coffee maker, plus a Latte machine. Sit on the Covered Porch and look at the Mountains or take a nap on the swing.  Board Games and Playing Cards included. Rainbow Mountain Retreat is located at the bottom of a mountain in Maggie Valley, so easily accessible for those who don't like to drive the curvy mountain roads.  The location makes it an easy hop to anywhere you'd like to venture to,    Waynesville, 30 minutes to Asheville, and 20 minutes to Cherokee.   As a Four Seasons home,  you have close access to Cataloochee Ski Resort  and golfing at Maggie Valley Country Club.  Activities include fishing, hiking, horseback riding, swimming, shopping, viewing the elk, etc.  Wireless internet and satellite tv.  One car garage with interior access to the house and garage door opener.

Please note that the three single beds are a bunk-bed unit and each bunk bed has a maximum weight capacity of 165 pounds.


 A well-behaved dog may be permitted by the owner, provided the dog is crated when left alone.We also require that dogs not be allowed on all beds and furniture nor scratching flooring and crated when left alone. Provided towels and linens are NOT for pet use, please be a responsible pet owner; pet owners who do not follow the rules are subject to additional cleaning fee.  Respecting these guidelines enables us to continue to offer a home for pets and their families.   A non-refundable pet fee of $150 is required prior to arrival.  Prior approval is required to bring more than one dog and an additional pet fee will be required to be paid.  We will request the additional monies after the reservation is confirmed.
IF ANY PET IS BROUGHT TO THE PREMISES WITHOUT RECEIVING PRIOR APPROVAL AND/OR THE $150 PER PET FEE BEING PAID, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $500 PET PENALTY FOR EACH UNAUTHORIZED PET AND SUBJECT TO BEING ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY!


This property is managed by a North Carolina Real Estate Firm.  You will receive a North Carolina Vacation Rental Agreement from our Reservation system that must be signed as part of this agreement.

We STRONGLY recommend our guests come prepared for inclement weather. Often mountain roads can become impassable from heavy snowfall. We encourage our guests to be prepared with extra supplies such as food/beverages etc. We do recommend 4WD for most properties.
Do not attempt to maneuver around mountain roads if you are not familiar with how to operate a vehicle in the snow or a vehicle with tire chains in the snow. Please observe local weather advisement guidelines.

NO fireworks are permitted on the premises as this is a safety and forest fire hazard
