Featuring many amenities including well stocked kitchen with large pots & crock pot, Mr Coffee Regular Maker, WiFi,  Cable TV, games and puzzles, wood stove fireplace with ash bucket, large spacious deck with outdoor seating , picnic table around cooking firepit, perfect for grilling out!  Hear the gentle sounds of a creek nearby.  Beds--1 king ensuite,main level,1 queen & 2 twins upstairs. Cool mountain breezes, no need for AC (does not have AC, but does have ceiling fans). Have a true "campfire" experience cooking on the fire pit and avoid the dishes, who needs a dishwasher?
Decide to venture out?  Only 20 miles to the Biltmore Estate in Asheville, 12 miles to Lake Junaluska, 
Second driveway is very steep and should be avoided, please park in the first driveway as you get to the property (has our Sunburst sign). On the main road to Mount Soma,  in a residential community.

This property is managed by a North Carolina Real Estate Firm.  You will receive a North Carolina Vacation Rental Agreement from our Reservation system that must be signed as part of this Agreement and the renter is bound by the terms of that Agreement.

Cable TV, Electric heat and wood stove, Internet, No Smoking, No Pets, Parking Included, Washer/Dryer, Mr Coffee Regular Maker, Deck, Outdoor cooking firepit, King Bed with ensuite, Queen Bed, Microwave, Twins, Woods and Creek. 4WD or AWD is highly recommended in the winter months. We ask that you bring your own firewood and if there is firewood already on site you utilize, please replish before departing.
This property does NOT allow pets. If pet(s) are brought in,YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $500 PET PENALTY FOR EACH UNAUTHORIZED PET, LIABLE FOR DAMAGE AND SUBJECT TO BEING ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY.

We STRONGLY recommend our guests come prepared for inclement weather. Often mountain roads can become impassable from heavy snowfall. We encourage our guests to be prepared with extra supplies such as food/beverages etc. We do recommend 4WD or AWD for most properties.
Do not attempt to maneuver around mountain roads if you are not familiar with how to operate a vehicle in the snow or a vehicle with tire chains in the snow. Please observe local weather advisement guidelines.

NO fireworks are permitted on the premises as this is a safety and forest fire hazard
