Experience serenity above the clouds and enjoy the spectacular views!!!  A must see getaway conveniently located near Wolf Laurel Ski Resort at an elevation of approx. 4250 ft., within walking distance of the mid-mountain ski lifts. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhouse offers a spacious wood deck with beautiful long range mountain views, paved access, WIFI, cable TV's, sleeper sofa, central A/C and heat, gas log fireplace and pool table.


A well-behaved dog under 75lbs may be permitted by the owner, provided the dog is crated when left alone.We also require that dogs not be allowed on all beds and furniture nor scratching flooring and crated when left alone. Provided towels and linens are NOT for pet use, please be a responsible pet owner; pet owners who do not follow the rules are subject to additional cleaning fee.  Respecting these guidelines enables us to continue to offer a home for pets and their families.   A non-refundable pet fee of $150 is required prior to arrival.  Prior approval is required to bring more than one dog and an additional pet fee will be required to be paid.  We will request the additional monies after the reservation is confirmed.
IF ANY PET IS BROUGHT TO THE PREMISES WITHOUT RECEIVING PRIOR APPROVAL AND/OR THE $150 PER PET FEE BEING PAID, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $500 PET PENALTY FOR EACH UNAUTHORIZED PET AND SUBJECT TO BEING ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY!

Beautiful views, and spacious, excellent for a family get away. The view by far is what sold us. 50th birthday get away and Thanksgiving celebration with family and friends. Activities included shopping, Biltmore Estate, brewery tour.

This was a nice, spacious townhome/condo with a beautiful view. The sunsets were particularly stunning. This unit was clean and well-kept, and there were plenty of towels. I liked that the locking system was a keypad so we didn't have to worry about carrying around a key. We appreciated it being pet-friendly, and our pups enjoyed hanging out on the balcony. My husband and I were working remotely from here for a week, and the internet speed was great. The TV in the living room works with a lot of different streaming platforms, but you will need to use your personal log-ins to use some of them. Sunburst did provide a tote bag with a roll of paper towel, two rolls of toilet paper, a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, two washing machine pods, and two dryer sheets. They also provided a small gift bag with chocolate, which was a nice touch. However, hand soap was not provided in every bathroom so you might need to bring your own (in addition to your toiletries). The communication from Sunburst was excellent. They were very responsive via text message, even when we were checking in around 10:00 PM on a Friday night. The community was fairly small, maybe about 16 units total, so it was nice and quiet. I could imagine parking being a bit of a challenge if all units were filled to capacity, but that probably isn't super likely and we didn't have any problems during our stay. We met a few of the permanent residents and they were all very nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying here.

Notes

We STRONGLY recommend our guests come prepared for inclement weather. Often mountain roads can become impassable from heavy snowfall. We encourage our guests to be prepared with extra supplies such as food/beverages etc. We do recommend 4WD for most properties.
Do not attempt to maneuver around mountain roads if you are not familiar with how to operate a vehicle in the snow or a vehicle with tire chains in the snow. Please observe local weather advisement guidelines.
