Welcome to SLEEPY HOLLOW!!! Experience serenity above the clouds and enjoy the spectacular views!!! A great getaway conveniently located near Wolf Laurel Ski Resort at an elevation of approx. 4250 ft., within walking distance of the mid-mountain ski lifts. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhouse offers a spacious wood deck with beautiful long range mountain views, paved access, WIFI, cable TV's, sleeper sofa, central A/C and heat, gas log fireplace and pool table, Jacuzzi soak tub on the main floor.  


Sam's Gap to Hog Back Ridge
Head out on this 4.9-mile out-and-back trail near Mars Hill, North Carolina. Generally considered a moderately challenging route, it takes an average of 2 h 38 min to complete. This trail is great for backpacking, camping, and hiking, and it's unlikely you'll encounter many other people while exploring.

 A well-behaved dog under 75lbs may be permitted by the owner, provided the dog is crated when left alone.We also require that dogs not be allowed on all beds and furniture nor scratching flooring and crated when left alone. Provided towels and linens are NOT for pet use, please be a responsible pet owner; pet owners who do not follow the rules are subject to additional cleaning fee.  Respecting these guidelines enables us to continue to offer a home for pets and their families.   A non-refundable pet fee of $150 is required prior to arrival.  Prior approval is required to bring more than one dog and an additional pet fee will be required to be paid.  We will request the additional monies after the reservation is confirmed.
IF ANY PET IS BROUGHT TO THE PREMISES WITHOUT RECEIVING PRIOR APPROVAL AND/OR THE $150 PER PET FEE BEING PAID, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $500 PET PENALTY FOR EACH UNAUTHORIZED PET AND SUBJECT TO BEING ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY!


This property is managed by a North Carolina Real Estate Firm.  You will receive a North Carolina Vacation Rental Agreement from our Reservation system that must be signed as part of this agreement.

Stunning sunset views! We loved this warm and inviting space. Coffee on the back deck was a highlight for us, as well as the beautiful sunsets. All of the bedrooms are oversized which is so nice! The beds were super comfortable and everything was so clean. The pool table and lounge area in the basement was great for our nights in. We had plenty of space and felt at home. Theres a small community kids play center just a minute walk from the house, our toddler loved it. Communication was great. We would love to come back

The team members were very kind and helpful through the process. We asked for a check-in 2 hours prior to our scheduled time and they accommodated us (even though we still arrived close to the original time). Communication was easy via text and all of my questions were answered. The process of booking the rental property was easy and seamless. The check-in information was sent via email and text ahead of the arrival date which was appreciated.
Property
The house was beautiful, and very clean. We loved the open floor plan and the large windows on the back of the house allowed for an amazing view of the mountains in the horizon. Viewing the sunset from the deck was amazing. The bedrooms were very spacious as well as the bathrooms. The fixtures were up to date making us assume it was recently renovated. Other details such as the hardwood floors and furnishings and the exposed brick really gave the home a "cabin feel". Everyone in my family was highly impressed with this property. My 3 year old niece cried when we were packing to leave and I wanted to cry too! My favorite feature of the property was the mountain view from the deck area. We picked this property from the posted picture of that view and we were not disappointed when we arrived.

Notes


We STRONGLY recommend our guests come prepared for inclement weather. Often mountain roads can become impassable from heavy snowfall. We encourage our guests to be prepared with extra supplies such as food/beverages etc. We do recommend 4WD for most properties.
Do not attempt to maneuver around mountain roads if you are not familiar with how to operate a vehicle in the snow or a vehicle with tire chains in the snow. Please observe local weather advisement guidelines.
