Welcome to THE FIELD HOUSE! This recently renovated two bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home is the perfect place to spend your mountain vacation. The kitchen/dining area is bright and cheery with vaulted ceilings and new appliances. The main level bedroom has a king size bed, en suite bathroom with spa like shower, flat screen tv and patio doors that open to a deck with sweeping mountain views. The upper level has a second bedroom with a King size bed and en suite bathroom, and a family room with trundle bed and flat screen tv. The home is just minutes from beautiful downtown Waynesville, downtown Maggie Valley, and Lake Junaluska. Only 45 minutes to Asheville, and 30 minutes to Cherokee. As a Four Seasons home, you have close access to Cataloochee Ski Resort and Maggie Valley Country Club. Activities include fishing, hiking, golfing, horseback riding, swimming, shopping, viewing the elk, etc. Wireless Internet.

We STRONGLY recommend our guests come prepared for inclement weather. Often mountain roads can become impassable from heavy snowfall. We encourage our guests to be prepared with extra supplies such as food/beverages etc. We do recommend 4WD or AWD for most properties.
Do not attempt to maneuver around mountain roads if you are not familiar with how to operate a vehicle in the snow or a vehicle with tire chains in the snow. Please observe local weather advisement guidelines.

Property
This was a very beautiful, secluded house up in the mountains. The view was very pretty, as you can see some really nice sunsets. The house is equipped and looks newly renovated with great appliances. There were two decks, one outside the master bedroom and then one outside the dining/living area. Overall, it was a really great place to stay!

This house has what I would call a million dollar view of the valley. It is convenient to the local Waynesville town, easy to navigate to, and 30 minutes from Asheville. Very spacious and clean. Loved the long hot water availability.
