The home comfortably sleeps eight guests, with the option to add a one-bedroom efficiency apartment on the lower level (The Allgood Apartment @ Lake Junaluska) to accommodate up to ten guests. The expansive deck features two sitting areas, an outdoor dining table, and panoramic, unobstructed views of the lake. As you unwind, keep an eye out for bald eagles soaring above and listen for the gentle sounds of ducks and Canada geese.
Located in the heart of the Lake Junaluska Conference & Retreat Center, this home is just a 5-minute walk from all meeting spaces. You'll also find a variety of amenities within walking distance, including an outdoor swimming pool, a large playground for children ages 2-10, canoe, kayak, and paddleboard rentals, a mini-golf course, tennis courts, a basketball court, a gift shop with an ice cream counter, and a cafe. This property is managed by a North Carolina Real Estate Firm. You will receive a North Carolina Vacation Rental Agreement from our reservation system, which must be signed as part of this agreement.

We STRONGLY recommend our guests come prepared for inclement weather. Often mountain roads can become impassable from heavy snowfall. We encourage our guests to be prepared with extra supplies such as food/beverages etc. We do recommend 4WD or AWD for most properties.
Do not attempt to maneuver around mountain roads if you are not familiar with how to operate a vehicle in the snow or a vehicle with tire chains in the snow. Please observe local weather advisement guidelines.

NO fireworks are permitted on the premises as this is a safety and forest fire hazard
