Pet Policy: No Pets Allowed
Please note that pets are not permitted at this property. Bringing a pet will result in a $500 fine for each unauthorized pet, liability for any damages caused, and the possibility of being asked to vacate the property immediately.
Please be advised we do have two outdoor security cameras .
House Rules: No Smoking, parties or events allowed.
We strongly recommend our guests come prepared for inclement weather. Often mountain roads can become impassable from heavy snowfall. We encourage our guests to be prepared with extra supplies such as food/beverages etc. We do recommend 4WD or AWD for most properties.
Do not attempt to maneuver around mountain roads if you are not familiar with how to operate a vehicle in the snow or a vehicle with tire chains in the snow. Please observe local weather advisement guidelines.
Fireworks are NOT permitted on the premises as this is a safety and forest fire hazard
Professional Management: This property is professionally managed by a reputable North Carolina Real Estate Firm. As part of your rental agreement, you will receive a North Carolina Vacation Rental Agreement, ensuring a secure and professional handling of your reservation.

Paula was AMAZING! I've had a wonderful experience working with Paula in booking our Carolina Hideaway house. She has gone over and above to make the process as smooth as possible and has answered all my questions very quickly.
Property
We love Carolina Hideaway and hope to return every year to our adopted "treehouse" in the mountains! We have loved spending time at Carolina Hideaway the past three summers. The location is close enough to town so that we don't spend too much time driving to anything in Waynesville, but the house itself is like a treehouse perched up high with an amazing view. We love spending time on the amazing porch eating our meals, playing games, reading, and just enjoying being together as a family. Being at this house is the most peaceful, restful, and restorative thing we do all year, and we hope to return year after year!
Favorite Feature?: The amazing covered porch with plenty of seating and a wonderful table for eating meals and playing games! We visited for vacation and time with family, shopping, walking around, exploring Waynesville and Maggie Valley, eating out at restaurants, our favorite activities outside Carolina Hideaway.
