Step into this cozy and inviting 1950s cottage featuring 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. With its warm wood walls and floors, updated kitchen with granite countertops, and an open floor plan, this home is perfect for families looking to relax and reconnect. The main floor offers three bedrooms: the first with a full-size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a shower; the second with two twin beds, sharing a Jack and Jill full bath with the third bedroom, which also has a full-size bed. A fourth bedroom is located on the bright lower level with a separate entrance, a full-size bed, and a private bathroom with a shower.

Conveniently located with easy access to all the amenities Lake Junaluska has to offer, this home ensures a comfortable and memorable stay (note: recreation amenities are accessible to all, with rental rates on your own).

Pet Policy:
A well-behaved dog may be allowed with prior owner approval. Dogs must be crated when left alone and are not permitted on beds or furniture. To ensure cleanliness, provided towels and linens are not for pet use. Please be a responsible pet owner; failure to follow these guidelines may result in an additional cleaning fee. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 is required prior to arrival. If you wish to bring more than one dog, prior approval is required, and an additional pet fee will be requested after the reservation is confirmed.

Important Notice:
Bringing a pet without prior approval or payment of the $150 per pet fee will result in a $500 pet penalty per unauthorized pet and may lead to immediate eviction.

This property is managed by a North Carolina Real Estate Firm. You will receive a North Carolina Vacation Rental Agreement from our reservation system, which must be signed as part of this Agreement and is binding to the renter

We Strongly  recommend our guests come prepared for inclement weather. Often mountain roads can become impassable from heavy snowfall. We encourage our guests to be prepared with extra supplies such as food/beverages etc. We do recommend 4WD or AWD for most properties.
Do not attempt to maneuver around mountain roads if you are not familiar with how to operate a vehicle in the snow or a vehicle with tire chains in the snow. Please observe local weather advisement guidelines.

NO fireworks are permitted on the premises as this is a safety and forest fire hazard
