Cozy and charming 50's cottage with 4 bedroom and 3.5 baths.  Wood walls and floors, updated kitchen with granite countertops and an open floor plan make this a great place for families to relax and reconnect. The main floor has three bedrooms. The first bedroom has full size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower;  the second bedroom has two twin beds and shares a jack and jill full bath with the third bedroom which also has a full size bed.  A fourth bedroom is located in the sunny lower level with separate entrance and has a full size bed and bath with shower. This home is located in an easily accessible and convenient location to all that Lake Junaluska has to offer (recreation amenities accessible to all, rental rates are on your own.)

 A well-behaved dog may be permitted by the owner, provided the dog is crated when left alone.We also require that dogs not be allowed on all beds and furniture nor scratching flooring and crated when left alone. Provided towels and linens are NOT for pet use, please be a responsible pet owner; pet owners who do not follow the rules are subject to additional cleaning fee.  Respecting these guidelines enables us to continue to offer a home for pets and their families.   A non-refundable pet fee of $150 is required prior to arrival.  Prior approval is required to bring more than one dog and an additional pet fee will be required to be paid.  We will request the additional monies after the reservation is confirmed.

If any pet is brought to the premise without receiving prior approval and/or the $150 per pet fee being paid, you will be charged a $500 pet penalty for each unauthorized pet and subject to being asked to leave immediately.

This property is managed by a North Carolina Real Estate Firm.  You will receive a North Carolina Vacation Rental Agreement from our reservation system that must be signed as part of this Agreement and the renter is bound by the terms of that Agreement.

We Strongly  recommend our guests come prepared for inclement weather. Often mountain roads can become impassable from heavy snowfall. We encourage our guests to be prepared with extra supplies such as food/beverages etc. We do recommend 4WD or AWD for most properties.
Do not attempt to maneuver around mountain roads if you are not familiar with how to operate a vehicle in the snow or a vehicle with tire chains in the snow. Please observe local weather advisement guidelines.

NO fireworks are permitted on the premises as this is a safety and forest fire hazard
