Sit on the covered porch and enjoy the beautiful view of the Mountains. Board Games included. Home is just a short distance from beautiful downtown Waynesville, downtown Maggie Valley, Lake Junaluska, and Cherokee. Close to Interstate 40 for trips to Asheville or Tennessee. Close access to Cataloochee Valley in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, as well as Cataloochee Ski Resort and several golf course's. Activities include fishing, hiking, golfing, horseback riding, swimming, shopping, viewing the elk, etc. Wireless Internet and TV.

We had a small inconvenience due to the very low temperatures the previous days prior to check in and the level of professionalism, promptness and making us the top priory to get the problem fixed was amazing. Sunburst even checked in to see how we were doing after the issue was resolved.

Beautiful getaway with breathtaking views of the mountains and valley! The house was so clean. It was nice to have the extra amenities (kitchen items) and some cooking oils/spices. The space is so quiet. Plenty of restaurants within a 15 minute drive. Perfect location puts you pretty central to surrounding towns, Asheville, Smoky Mountains, etc. We had a small inconvenience due to the very low temperatures the previous days prior to check in and the level of professionalism, promptness and making us the top priory to get the problem fixed was amazing. The joyous mountain retreat is a beautiful home with spectacular views. The house is new, spacious, well-appointed and very clean a perfect spot for family to be together. We enjoyed a few rounds of pool as well as board games in the lower level family space Its about 40 minutes from Asheville and 20 minutes from downtown Waynesville, so there is much to do and see. Thank you to the owners and Sunburst Real Estate for making this a wonderful family trip.

Beautiful property with an amazing view. About 35 minutes to downtown Asheville and only 1 hour 15 minutes from Gatlinburg. Both drives are beautiful. As a North Carolina resident this is a GREAT value for the view, location, and house itself. Property is brand new and comes with a well stocked kitchen and 4 big bedrooms.
Notes
We STRONGLY recommend our guests come prepared for inclement weather. Often mountain roads can become impassable from heavy snowfall. We encourage our guests to be prepared with extra supplies such as food/beverages etc. We do recommend 4WD or AWD for most properties.
Do not attempt to maneuver around mountain roads if you are not familiar with how to operate a vehicle in the snow or a vehicle with tire chains in the snow. Please observe local weather advisement guidelines.
NO fireworks are permitted on the premises as this is a safety and forest fire hazard
